Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and delivery teams to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and propose appropriate solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
  • Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and product/service demos
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare proposals and close deals
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new industries and growth opportunities

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience in B2B sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in IT / CRM / Salesforce services sales preferred
  • Must be able to commute to the Bengaluru office
