Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development and architecture experience. The ideal candidate will design scalable solutions, lead technical implementations, and provide best-practice guidance across Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce
• Design integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party tools
• Implement Salesforce best practices in security, governance, and data architecture
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and cross-functional teams
• Manage DevOps processes including CI/CD, deployments, and version control

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce platform architecture and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Knowledge of Lightning Experience and platform customization
• Experience with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar)
• Understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rules
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
