Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to bridge business needs and Salesforce capabilities. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation of Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and technical specifications
• Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules)
• Conduct UAT sessions and manage stakeholder feedback
• Provide training and support to end users
• Collaborate with developers and architects on complex requirements
• Manage project timelines and deliverables

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
• Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Experience with data migration and integration projects
