Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce core development, configuration, and customization. The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and working closely with admins, architects, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Customize Salesforce using standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, and reports
• Develop and optimize Lightning Web Components for performance and reusability
• Implement integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events
• Write Apex triggers following best practices and bulkification standards
• Perform unit testing with proper test coverage and support deployments
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements
• Support production issues and perform root cause analysis

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
• Strong proficiency in Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• SOQL & SOSL
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules)
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, OAuth, Named Credentials)
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment (Change Sets, SFDX, Git)
