Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end CRM implementations and custom application development projects. You will be responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, BAs, and QA
• Conduct regular status meetings and stakeholder updates
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Manage client relationships and expectations
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical project management
• Experience with Salesforce or CRM implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of SDLC and software development practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
